Locals swap golden sands for green heart

Michael and Vickie Ryan are among the many locals opting for a greener outlook and more convenient location.

After 14 years in Broadbeach, the couple has swapped the hustle and bustle of beachside living for the convenience of a modern urban village at the $200 million master planned Vantage community at Benowa.

“We’ve been blown away by the difference ten kilometres makes” said Mrs Ryan, reflecting on their move.

“Broadbeach has become very busy with development over the years, with more traffic and noise in the area. Vantage is so quiet and peaceful, yet it is so central; it has actually made getting to work and visiting family around the Coast much easier”.

Conveniently located between the beach and lush hinterland, Vantage enjoys an elevated position and botanical gardens feel overlooking the magnificent Royal Pines Resort.

“Coming from Belle Maison, we were used to quality finishes” Mrs Ryan said.

“Both of our fathers were builders, so we did our homework into the developer. We were drawn to Vantage based on Rayjon’s reputation and the quality finishes in the completed buildings. Our apartment has exceeded all our expectations”.

For the Ryans, the move to Vantage is both an expression of their family values and a desire to set themselves up for retirement years.

“We raised our family in the country before moving to the coast. This location – close to shops, restaurants and all the services we need – offers the best of both worlds” Mrs Ryan said.

“People talk about their forever home and this is definitely ours. We have plenty of room for family, so many friends nearby and everything we need is on our doorstep. There is no need to move.”
