Botanical gardens feel strikes a chord at Vantage
Mrs Pauline Brown first looked at Vantage when the first two buildings were under construction and fell in love with the tranquil setting and sense of community. This is what she has to say:
“I was downsizing from a two level townhouse and I was looking for a two bedroom, two bathroom unit.
“The first two buildings sold so quickly and I missed out on a two bedroom. I was eager to get into an apartment, and start enjoying a lower maintenance lifestyle, so I ended up buying at another new residential development in Ashmore.
“I have been living in my apartment for nearly 18 months, and while I’ve been happy, I just kept coming back to Vantage.
“When Dawn hit the market, I felt compelled to have a look. I was so impressed with the plans, the architectural style and the exceptional quality of the fittings and finishes that I snapped up a two bedroom straight away.
“I have purchased an apartment on level two, overlooking the gardens and the pool, which was one of the key selling points. I had a beautiful big garden in my old home, but it was just too much for me to maintain. I love the botanical gardens feel at Vantage, with so many mature trees and lush green surrounds.
“The recreation facilities are fantastic and there’s ample visitor parking, which many communities do not have. The whole masterplan is very appealing.
“The location is ideal. I play golf locally and all my family live in surrounding suburbs, so it’s very convenient.
“Vantage is the ideal place to live, with all the everyday conveniences within walking distance. Having the Benowa Village Shopping Centre next door, with medical facilities, a hairdresser and newsagent will be so handy.
“I have a number of friends already living in the earlier stages, and more groups of friends moving into Dawn, so I’m really looking forward to being part of the community.
“The developer has organised numerous social gatherings, with drinks and canapes, to encourage residents to meet and mingle, which fosters a wonderful community vibe before people even move in.”
