VANTAGE A FAMILY AFFAIR

Vantage, the parkland community in Benowa is proving to be equally popular with both first home buyers and downsizes.

First home buyer Laura Vial’l had no idea when she purchased in the Scape building that her parents would soon follow suit and downsize to a two-bedroom apartment in the same building.

Pam and Stu Vial’l endorsed Laura’s decision to buy her first home at Vantage after inspecting the development. Fed up with the time-consuming maintenance necessary to maintain their own large home in Benowa, Pam said she could also see the advantages that Vantage had to offer them.

“As a first home buyer Vantage provided our daughter with a low maintenance, modern and high-quality entry into the real estate market” Pam said.

“We were living in a large home in Benowa at the time and loved the area but no longer wanted to be slaves to our home. Thanks to our daughter we found that Vantage suited all our needs too”.

“We’ve found that this part of the Coast is so central to everything. Griffith Uni, Pindara Hospital and the beach are so handy. At Vantage, we have a Doctor, chemist, dentist, Flight Centre, Coles and restaurants adjacent to us in the Benowa Village Shopping Centre”.

The Vial’ls are eager to make good use of the recreational facilities and amenities on offer in the two-hectare parkland village.

“My husband will use the pool every day, my daughter will use the gym everyday and I am going to make the most of all the extra time I have” Pam said.

“There’s no gardening to do and everything is so new and fresh compared to our old home. This has allowed us to live a completely different lifestyle and one we are relishing”.

Vantage offers ample opportunity for residents to get involved in the community. Regular functions are hosted by the developer The Rayjon Group which enable residents and new buyers a chance to connect with their neighbours.

“Moving from our family home into a community environment and a totally different lifestyle has not been difficult because we are not on top of each other and everyone is so welcoming” Pam said.

“This whole transition process from purchase to relocation has gone smoothly. The developer and the sales team, particularly John Griffin from Rayjon and Jo Horton, made the sales process seamless and easy and we are thoroughly enjoying our new home”.
